
Twist-o-flex
Introduction
In this lesson you will learn the Twist-o-Flex dance movement.
Prerequisites:
1. Good control of pop
2. Good control of stop
Orientation:
1. Before entering into this lesson, you need to do enough exercise to heat your body up and stretch your arms and legs.
2. Review the content learned in the previous lessons.
3. Try to twist your body and experience the twisting feeling.
Context:
A technique where, as in the mannequin, the dancer creates the impression of unnatural body joints by moving and twisting various parts in sequence. Non-twisting parts should remain absolutely still. The effect resembles a Rubik's Cube moving, or somewhat a clay figure being modeled. It can be further refined by using hands to "push" or "pull" the body parts around.

Do activity
Try to find a partner, and do the twist-o-flex taking turns. When one is doing it, the other one tries to see and point out the movements of your partner not exhibited very good. After both of partners can do it very fluently, they perform in the front of the class together to show to their classmates.
