Introduction

In this lesson you will learn the Old man movement.

Prerequisites:

 

1. Good control of isolation

2. Good control of rolling

Context:

 

A type of boogaloo style was created by Boogaloo Sam. Boogaloo Sam invented this move by watching an old man walking across the street.

Orientation:

 

1. Before entering into this lesson, you need to do enough exercise to heat your body up and stretch your arms and legs. 

2. Review the content learned in the previous lessons.
