Neck-o-flex

Introduction

In this lesson you will learn the Neck-o-Flex dance movement.

Prerequisites:

 

1. Good control of pop

2. Good control of stop

3. Know how to do Twist-o-Flex

Orientation:

 

1. Before entering into this lesson, you need to do enough exercise to heat your body up and stretch your arms and legs. 

2. Review the content learned in the previous lessons.

3. Try to twist your body and experience the twisting feeling.

Context:

 

The next twist between body and the neck. It is similar to the Twist-o-flex, but most important is that you twist in place between your neck and body.

Wrap up

Neck-o-Flex is a very advanced movement based on Twist-o-Flex movement in popping. Both of them are required the solid fundamental of Pop and Stop. In order to perform Neck-o-Flex well, be prepare yourself with the basic movement.
