Introduction
In this lesson you will learn the Isolation dance movement.
Prerequisites:
1. Good control of pop
2. Good control of rolling
Orientation:
1. Before entering into this lesson, you need to do enough exercise to heat your body up and stretch your arms and legs.
2. Review the content learned in the previous lessons.
3. Try to roll your body and experience the rolling feeling.
Context:
A variety of intricate moves creating the illusion of separating, or isolating, parts of the body from the rest of the body. The most common types of isolation that poppers perform are head isolations, in which they seem to take their head out of place from the rest of their body and move it back in place in creative ways.
